INDOMIE WITH A TWIST

Hi guys i know its been a while i posted something on food, i will get on that soonest i just have a lot of things on my plate but not to worry i will get my cooking mojo back on. Nevertheless i still intend to carry out my Julie and Julia challenge as mentioned in my last food post. What i will be sharing today is a simple recipe for indomie instead of the boring one( i hate boring noodles) as i have been trying out different recipes i just thought to share this one. Hope you like it.

INGREDENTS
Indomie
Onion
Carrot
tomato
green pepper
prawns

SPICES
crushed red pepper
italian seasoning
garlic powder
thyme
P.S (little of each of the spices was used dont know the precise measurement)

DIRECTION
1. place a medium pot on fire with water ( size of the pot is dependant on the amount of indomie to be cooked)
a. start dicing your vegetables( onion, carrot,tomato,green pepper)
2. put indomie into boiling water and cover the pot
3. add spices to the boiling noodles pus the original spice of the noodles
b. combine all the vegetables in a frying and begin frying
c. add prawns in the pan ( it takes prawns about 30 minutes to get done, hence the late entry)
4. add fried veges to the pot an mix together
5. ready to eat.
