BIRTHDAY BLUES
hi beautiful people, it was my girl Nancy's birthday on sunday 22nd and it was indeed a beautiful day to be at the beach, as the weather was friendly. Honestly i was a bit skeptical about the beach party beacuse it had rained a couple of days during the week and we have been warned about 236 days of rain( not sure i got the accurate number of days). The party was at a new private beach located in Ajah and goes by the name ATICAN, being a new beach we had a little tough time locating the place but thanks to an ''okada rider'' that directed us there( with pay of course) it was so much fun having to hang out with my friends considering its been a while we have all been together at the same place and at the same time as we have all been busy with our individual lives.
there are a lot of pictures right i love pictures, i might just take up photography as my next career option. had to credit my amateur photography skills too

NAMELESS
HOME MADE FACIALS
hey people,i know its been a while i have been on here but i do have a pretty good explanation for my disappearing act i have been pretty busy. I am going to share with you beautiful readers my home made and easy facial routine that you can easily do for yourselves and your sister and also if your brothers are interested, I am all about beautiful skin as i love make up but the make up wouldnt give you that perfect finish you are looking for without taking care of that skin.
BENEFITS OF EXFOLIATING
Exfoliation is a great way to remove the surface layer of dead cells that have accumulated throughout the day and by exfoliating you remove the dead cells that clog up the pores and form blackheads and pimples and acne. also this helps prevent the appearances of fine lines on the face.
BENEFITS OF STEAMING
steaming is a very great way to thoroughly deep clean your pores and get rid of blackhead and pimples. the high temperature helps the pores to open and this way your body will clear of the toxins and cosmetics products, and this is why the best time to apply your facial mask is after you have steamed your face because that way your pores are open and the mask will be able to penetrate deeply into the skin.
INGREDENTS.
soap
apricot scrub
hot water
bowl
honey
towel
cucumber
STEPS
1. wash your face with a soap then gently dab the face with a towel. DONT clean all the water
2. get your scrub( i use apricot scrub) apply it on ur face, then start from the cheek and begin to scrub dont be afraid to scrub make sure you scrub every inch of your face ( avoid your eyes and mouth please)
3.wash off the scrub from you face
4. get your honey and apply it on your face( careful not to get it in your eyes)
5. get a bowl and fill it with hot water, place it on a table then get a towel and place it over your head while you put your head over the hot water, the towel helps to contain the steam in one area. put your face close enough to feel the steam of the water but not too close. slowly you will feel the honey dropping into the bowl of hot water, when its all done you can go ahead to wash up.
time for your facial mask, apply generously on the face, then get your cucumber and place it over your eye for that relaxing and cooling effect. peel of the mask and then wash off the remaining residue left.
now tell me if your face doesnt feel fresher and lighter already. you can do this weekly
FINALLY MOISTURIZE
i usually do this by myself and i have done it for my brother and a couple of my friends and they just cant get enough of it. till next time. xoxo
