OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN

Hi dolls, yes its a food post i'm getting my Julie and Julia on :p. You may be wondering why i am choosing to do the oven fried this or oven fried that honestly it was a coincidence, i had chicken and i wanted to try out something new and the oven fried was the one i had almost all the ingredients complete so i went for it. This recipe is really easy to do. You can get the original recipe HERE. For mine i used almost the same ingredents as i used for the fish post as i couldn't lay my hands on all the ingredents. below are the pictures of the step-by-step process
